One-on-One QB Training

Individual training sessions are one-on-one training sessions tailored for the Quarterback participating. Each athlete completes an individual assessment in order to determine which element(s) of the passing mechanic will be the focus of future training sessions. In general, training sessions include:

  • Discussion (during stretch) of any goals parent/Quarterback/Coach have for training
  • Assessment of any obvious areas of improvement for the Quarterback
  • Record video and review with parent and player, pointing out points related to biomechanics and basic efficiency
  • Teach and demonstrate drills to be used by the Quarterback when working between sessions 
  • Q&A re: any of the why/how of what was covered

Sessions typically last for 60 minutes and are scheduled must be scheduled at least 24-hours in advance. Availability of the coach is provided via email, and sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis after the scheduling email is sent out.

Individual training is available regularly in NY and NJ; and frequently in CT and MA. Training sessions outside of those states are made available pending the schedule of our coaches.
